Source: eNet Silicon Valley Power Author: Yang Hefeng The composition of the rendering is relatively simple and uses relatively few materials, only characters and cloud brushes. However, the author is good at using light and shadow to render the picture. More beams and beam combinations are used to enrich the picture, and the overall look is very gorgeous.
1. Create a new file with a width of 1260 × a height of 1024, a resolution of 72, and an RGB color of 8 bits. Now open the photo you want to create and drag the photo into the created canvas.
2. Adjust the saturation (press Ctrl + Alt + U). Let's adjust the saturation to make the photo black and white. Press (CTRL+L) to adjust the levels, set to: 50,1.00,255

Now with the Rectangular Marquee Tool (press M), let's create a rectangle. With our rectangle ready, select the Brush Tool and use a soft airbrush to paint 400 px (white) inside the rectangle, as shown in the example.
When you have finished deselecting the rectangle, press Ctrl T. Now, let's change the size of the created shape. Follow the example in the picture. CTRL T and rotate the line 45 degrees.
7. Copy a few more light lines and use the deformation tool to adjust them.
8. Merge layers and use transform tools to adjust
9. Repeat the steps to place the finished light effects in different locations.
10. Use the same method to create a bright line. Of course, you can also use the already made bright line, call up the transform tool to enlarge, and place the bright line in a different position. Covering the entire canvas, like a pop passing by
