1. Open the original image, press Ctrl + J to copy one layer, select the menu: Filter>Noise>Middle value is 2, then add a mask, and paint the eyes, eyebrows, nose, mouth and surrounding parts with a brush Come out, the effect is as shown in Figure 1

4. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Shift + Alt + E to stamp the layer, and then use the Burn and Dodge tool to appropriately modify the eye shadow to achieve a light effect as shown in Figure 5.

6. In this step, change the color of the lips. Use the lasso tool to cut out the lips, press Ctrl + B to adjust the color balance, and then erase the excess parts with the eraser tool. The effect is shown in Figure 7.

7. It’s almost done, but the mouth feels too round. Select the smear tool and paint the corners of the mouth slightly outwards, as shown in Figure 8. Pay attention to the direction when drawing.
