1. Open the original and press Ctrl + J to copy one layer

2. Open the channel panel, and then copy the green channel one layer

3. Select the menu: Filter > Others > High Contrast Flow Preservation. Parameter settings are as shown below

4. Select the menu: Image > Operation, and set the blending mode to Hard Light as shown below

5. Perform the same operation twice more to obtain ALPHA 3 channels.
