1. Create a new 450px * 320px file, then open the wish picture material and drag it in. Place it appropriately as shown in Figure 1. Then select the eyelash brush to deepen the eyelashes. If you have not installed the brush, please click here to download it.
2. Press Ctrl + J to copy a layer, and then select the menu: Filter > Blur > Special blur parameter settings as shown in Figure 2. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to Soft Light and press Ctrl + E to merge the visible layers, as shown in the picture. 3

3. Press Ctrl + J to copy one layer, hide the copy first, use the rectangular marquee tool to make a rectangular selection as shown in Figure 4, then press Ctrl + Alt + T to change the angle as shown in Figure 5
