1. Open the original image, press Ctrl+M to bring up the curve, input: 106, output: 147.

2. Create a new blank layer, paint directly on the face, do not paint on the eyes and mouth (Picture 1), then change the opacity to 45%, the color I used is: FCE5D5, the effect is shown (Picture 2) .

Create a new blank layer and use a white brush to paint on the pupils (Picture 1).
4. Create a new blank layer and use the pupil brush to draw on the blank area. You can repeat the drawing twice to get the effect as shown in (Picture 2). The effect will be lighter if you draw it once.
5. See (Picture 3) where the black wire basket is located, and use the deepening tool to deepen the area around the silver wire basket, as shown in (Picture 1).
6. Create a new blank layer and color the eyes and mouth (Picture 5). Then change the layer mode to color and the opacity to 60% (Picture 6). Here I chose blue and pink.
7. Stamp SHIFT+CTRL+ALTE.
8. Filter-Liquify-Inflate to make the eyes slightly larger.
9. Use the smudge tool to outline the corners of the eyes (Picture 7)

10. Stamp SHIFT+CTRL+ALTE.
11. Smudge, intensity 50%, load the artificial brush, (Picture 1) and see (Picture 2) after loading, the two circled brushes can be used to brush hair.
12. After finishing the hair, change the brush to an ordinary round brush, and apply it carefully and evenly on the mouth to soften the lips. Then use the dodge tool, range highlight, exposure 25%, and lighten the lips. highlights (Figure 4).
13. Use the deepening tool to deepen the corners of the mouth (Picture 5).

15. Duplicate a layer, press SHIFT+ALT+U to remove the color, duplicate another layer, and press CTRL+I to invert. Filter - Other - Minimum value, value 1, mode Color Dodge (Picture 1), merge downward, change mode to Multiply (Picture 2).
16. Stamp SHIFT+CTRL+ALTE.
17. Convert the layer to the Channels panel, press CTRL+A to select the green channel, press CTRL+C to copy, and CTRL+V to paste to the blue channel.
18. Select the optional color, color: red, yellow -43%.
19. Press CTRL+M to bring up the curve, input: 108, output: 150.
20. Press CTRL+U to adjust hue/saturation, edit: full image, saturation +14.
21. Press CTRL+L to adjust the color level, channel, RBG: 38, 1.00, 255, channel, red: 10, 1.00, 255.
22. Press CTRL+U to adjust hue/saturation, edit: red, hue -8, saturation +40.
23. Press CTRL+B to bring up the color balance, mid-tone, -25, -13, +4, dark tone, +5, -5, -5.
24. Select optional colors, color: cyan, yellow -18%, color: blue, yellow -26%, color: black, black +36%.
25. Stamp SHIFT+CTRL+ALTE and complete.
