1. Open the original image, copy one layer, and use the stamp tool to remove the dots and pimples on the face. The opacity of the stamp is about 30% (mine is 32%).

2. Duplicate another layer, change the layer’s blending mode to Screen, and its opacity to 50%.

3. Duplicate another layer, change the layer’s blending mode to Soft Light, and its opacity to 46%.

4. Create a new layer, stamp it (CTRL=ALT+SHIFT+E), go to the image in the menu bar - mode - switch to LAB mode, execute the image - apply image command, channel: a, mode: soft Light, Opacity: 80%. Then switch back to RBG mode.

5. In the menu bar, go to Image - New Layer - Color Balance, Levels: +7, -11, +5.

6. Go to Image in the menu bar - New Layer - Color Levels, Channel: Blue, enter color levels: 0, 1.03, 253.

7. In the menu bar, go to Image - New Layer - Hue, Saturation, and customize this.
