Original picture
1. Open the original image, use the Lasso tool or the Pen tool to draw out the character, turn it into a selection, press Ctrl+M to bring up the curve, and use the curve to brighten the character. Press Ctrl+Shift+i and then invert the selection to darken the environment appropriately. Parameter customization.
2. Duplicate the background layer, use Filter - Blur - Gaussian Blur on the duplicate layer. You can set the value smaller and reduce the opacity of the layer to 49%, as shown below:
3. Select the image in the menu bar - Adjustment - Optional color, color: neutral color, cyan: +43%, other colors: 0%. The whole picture has the effect of being dominated by blue and cyan.
4. Select Layer - Layer Style - Inner Glow in the menu bar, set the blending mode to Linear Burn, and click the color of the environment you like anywhere in the picture, so it looks more natural. In this picture, I still used blue and cyan, and just adjust the size, range and opacity appropriately.
