1. Open the original image, double-click the layer to unlock it, click to enter the channel panel, select the green channel, then select image, adjustment, and curve, as shown below:

2. Click on the RGB channel and return to the layer panel, as shown below.

3. Use a pen tool or lasso tool to draw out the character, bring up the selection, and select / Feather twice in the selection menu bar, as shown in the figure:


4. Then select the menu bar, select/invert the selection, do not cancel the selection, and then select Filter/Brush Stroke/Dark Line, as shown below:

5. Finally add the signature and pattern, and the final effect is as shown below.
