1. Create a new canvas of 600*600 pixels with a white background color.

Create a new layer two, fill it with white R: 255G: 255B: 255 (other colors are also available), click the layer style on the layer panel to do gradient overlay, set the style to diamond in the pop-up dialog box, and set the angle is 135 degrees, then select the click gradient box to pop up the gradient editor, set the gradient type to "Noise", set the roughness to 100%, and check "Increase Transparency" in the options.
