As the first fully self-developed and globally distributed game by Kuro Games, the public beta version of "Singing Tide" had many shortcomings and problems, which caused many drifters to not get a good gaming experience during the game, and also failed everyone's expectations. During this period, the project team is carrying out targeted optimization and iteration work on the current version, and the development of subsequent versions is also in progress simultaneously. Below we will answer the questions that everyone is currently concerned about and discussing.
1. About the sound system experience
(1) The cultivation burden of vocal skeletons is heavy and there are few cultivation materials.
In terms of growing experience, we have received a lot of feedback about the high demand for growing sonic skeletons and the inability to store crystalline wave plates. The following adjustment directions have been confirmed so far, and content not listed is still under discussion.
In the public beta version, a limited-time double event for "Sound String Cleansing" sonic skeleton materials is available;
In version 1.1, the numerical design is adjusted to reduce the number of shell coins consumed to develop the sound skeleton;
In version 1.1, the silent zone settlement animation is cancelled;

(2) Instructions for handling abnormal prop output when recycling cultured vocal remains
Problem description
On May 29, 2024, through player feedback, we discovered an online bug in the abnormal output of shell coins when recycling cultured voice skeletons. Because this problem will affect the fairness of players' access to shell coins, we fixed the problem through an online emergency update that night and issued compensation to the entire server.
In order to minimize the unfairness between players caused by the occurrence of online problems, we hastily decided to deduct the extra shell output obtained by some drifters affected by the BUG within 14 working days after issuing compensation. The handling method will be explained to everyone via email.
Due to the urgent need to fix this issue, we were unable to announce the known issue as soon as possible, which caused trouble to everyone and affected the gaming experience of online players.

After discussion by the project team, we will provide additional compensation in the following ways for the subsequent adverse effects caused by improper handling of the above issues:

2. Regarding the incorrect description of 5-star weapons
After discovering that the description text of the 5-star weapon "Thousand Scales of Blue Scale" was incorrectly translated in some language settings, the project team immediately corrected the relevant description and issued compensation to all drifters. At present, we have also launched a self-examination of multi-language texts simultaneously, and will update and fix some other text issues in the near future. We would like to apologize to all wanderers and promise to continuously improve the quality of multi-language localization.
For the first time in global distribution, we localized There is a lack of experience and accumulation in problem handling. In the future, the project team will do its best to avoid such problems. 5. Regarding adjustments to combat and operating experience
In terms of combat and operation, we have received a lot of suggestions and feedback on combat enemy tracking, in-game operations, need for key changes, and sense of strike. In the recent update, the [Combat Lens Correction] function on the PC side has been adjusted to be turned off by default, and the basic values and parameter ranges of combat lens parameter settings have been updated and optimized.
(2) During the battle, some BOSS suddenly left the combat range.
