Source: Siyuan Forum Author: Kevin Dora For cyan or blue pictures, the channel replacement method is the fastest. When operating, you only need to replace the blue channel with the green channel to get a cyan-red picture, and then fine-tune the main color as needed.

1. Open the original image of the character, copy one layer, execute: Image > Apply Image: Mode: Screen, and change the opacity to: 60%. This is to brighten the original image. After confirming that the skin and arms are a little too bright, add a layer mask, use a soft-angle brush to erase the overly bright areas, and set the opacity of the brush to about 30%.
2. Apply the left back to this layer: Image > Adjustments > Optional Colors, select Yellow: Value: 0/0/-22/0, check Absolute, and lower the yellow slightly first.
3. Copy the original image again, pull this copy layer to the top, enter the channel panel, click on the green channel, press Ctrl + A to select all, and press Ctrl + C to copy. Click on the blue channel, press Ctrl + V to paste, click on the Layers panel, and change the fill level to: 65%.
4. Create a new optional color adjustment layer and set the parameters as shown below.
5. Create a new layer, fill with color: #0a235a, change the layer blending mode to "Screen", and change the opacity to: 19%.

7. Press Ctrl + Shift + Alt + E to stamp the layer. Execute: Filter > Noise > Reduce Noise, the values are as shown below.
8. Now you may think that the character's skin is darker, so use the lasso tool to roughly select all the skin parts, feather it by about 10, and then use the Fairy Sword Curve adjustment layer, value: 117/137.
9. Create a new Hue/Saturation adjustment layer and adjust the red saturation to 23.
10. Create a new optional color adjustment layer and set the parameters as shown below.

12. After finishing, I felt that the background and the character’s feet were a bit bluish, so I adjusted this part of the skin and created a new photo filter adjustment layer: Warming Filter 85, Concentration: -56%. Erase everything but this skin and change the layer opacity to: 35%.
13. Create a new layer, set the foreground color to: #153d4c, and the background color to: #0c1d45. Drag a linear gradient from left to right. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Screen" and the opacity. is: 14%.
14. Merge all layers or stamp layers, execute: Filter > Sharpen > USM Sharpen, and set the parameters as shown below.
15. Create an optional color adjustment layer and adjust the blue color. The parameter settings are as shown below.
Finally, add your signature and decorative text to complete the final effect.
