1 Create a new picture in Photoshop and set Width:150pixels;Height:150pixels;contents:White.
Select Line Tool (U), click the arrow in the settings bar (below the menu bar), as shown in the picture, and a small box will pop up, as shown in the picture.
Go back to the settings bar and set Weight: 6px.
2 Open the Channels panel (Windows>Show Channels). Now add a new channel, and then select white as the foreground color. Use the Line Tool to draw an arrow shape (drag the mouse from top to bottom). You may have to try it a few times. The result is as shown in the sample picture.
3 Select the menu Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur. Set Radius: 5.0pixels, and then OK.
4 Select the menu Image>Adjust>Levels. Set Input Levels:80;0.25;125, then OK
5 Return to the Layers panel. Click the Background layer. Then create a new layer. Select the menu Select>Load Selection, select Alpha 1 in the Channel dialog box, and then OK.
6 Fill the selection area with red. Select the menu Select>Deselect. Now select the menu Layer>Layer Style>Inner Glow.

Size: 10
After setting, click OK
7 Create a new layer. Select Line Tool (U). Now you want to change the settings you made in the first step. Select the arrow in the settings bar, remove the check before start in the box, return to the settings bar, and set Weight :3px. Set the foreground to white.
Now we are going to draw the highlight of the light. Enlarging the image will make your work easier, and then draw a diagonal line along the left side of the light. This is the highlight.
8 Select the menu Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur. Set Radius: 1.0pixels, and then OK.
9 Now we have to start making the lamp holder. If you don’t have a suitable aluminum alloy gradient color, please download it here, store it in your photoshop directory, and then load this file, as shown below.
Select the Rectangualr Marquee Tool (M), select the appropriate lower part of the lamp, and then use the Gradient Tool (G) to draw the lamp holder horizontally.
10 Now we come to the final details. Make a small shadow between the lamp and the base. Select the Line Tool (U), set Weight: 1px, and draw a black line.
11 Now we can make our lights colorful. Select the layer where the red light is located and select the menu Image>Adjust>Hue/Saturation. Adjust Hue and set the appropriate color in step 6 to make it colorful. lanterns.
