1. Open the original image material and copy the background layer. Create a Shadow and Highlight adjustment layer with values: Amount: 27; Tonal Width: 50; Radius: 29; Color Correction: 55; Midtone Contrast: 0, leaving everything else unchanged.

2. Create a color balance adjustment layer with values: shadows: 3/-2/-5; midtones: -5/-15/-10; highlights: -2/-7/-6.

3. Create optional color adjustment layer values: Red: 0/12/-2/-4; Yellow: -26/1/85/-8; Green: 100/-100/100; Cyan: 96/0/ 100/100; Blue: 100/-59/0/0; Magenta: 0/91/5/0.

4. Create a new layer and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer. Download the curve action below (click here to download), load it and play it. Then add a mask and erase the uneven parts with a black brush.

5. Create a solid color adjustment layer, set the color to: #000066, change the layer blending mode to "Exclude", and change the opacity to: 35%. The effect is as shown below.

6. Create a color balance adjustment layer and adjust the midtones. Values: -32/-54/-92. After confirmation, create a hue/saturation adjustment layer: adjust the entire image, value: 0/-47/0.

7. Create an optional color adjustment layer, adjust the blue color, and remove the excess blue color from the image.

8. If you feel that the picture is too dark, you can use curves to brighten it a little, and then use the burn and dodge tools to process the details to make the whole picture more three-dimensional.
