1. Open the original image material, create a new black and white layer overlay, modify the opacity to reduce the saturation, and set the parameters as shown below.
2. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the visible layer, and press Ctrl + Shift + U to convert it to black and white.
3. Execute: Filter > Others > High Contrast Preservation, and set the parameters as shown below.
4. Change the layer blending mode to "Overlay", the effect is as shown below.
5. Create a hue/saturation adjustment layer and appropriately reduce the saturation of red. The parameters and effects are as shown below.
