Compared with the 100% release probability of the opening skills, the active skills are not stable enough and have release probabilities with extremely large upper and lower limits.
Active skills will be tried to be activated every round when the hero takes action after the battle begins. If there is a word "prepare for one round" in the skill, then after the skill is successfully activated, it will occupy two action rounds: the first round is successfully launched, and the skill is released in the next round.
In addition to the release probability, active skills will also be unable to be activated because the hero is stunned/silenced.
In addition, the states provided by active skills are all "wartime states" and can be dispelled.
Furthermore, active skills can only provide one type of benefit effect, and the same type of gain with a higher value will replace the same type of gain with a lower value.
(3)Pursuit skills
The characteristics of pursuit skills are basically the same as those of active skills. They all have a release probability. They are activated every round during war. They will be unable to be activated due to silence and dizziness. Only one type of buff effect can exist, etc.
The only difference is that because the pursuit skill is activated after the hero's normal attack, it has no effective distance limit. The hero's attack distance is equal to its effective distance.
(4)Passive skills
Passive skill, a permanent status skill, will be automatically released to itself before the battle, cannot be dispelled, and will not be affected by control effects.
Of course, the effects it releases on others/oneself during war can still be dispelled.

3. Acquisition and advancement of skills
Skills are divided into two categories, one is the hero's own skills, and the other is the dismantling skills.

The latter is a skill obtained by dismantling different heroes. When a hero unlocks a new skill slot, it can spend its learning times to learn the skill.
