This "super work order assistant" is targeted at enterprise work order management scenarios and can be used "out of the box" through simple configuration without code development capabilities, further lowering the technical threshold. It can solve the problems in traditional work order management systems such as too many process nodes, complex cross-team collaboration, time-consuming information updates, and difficulties in knowledge accumulation. Through AI technology, the assistant can replace repetitive tasks, allowing employees to focus more on solving complex problems and improving service quality.
Users can communicate with the super work order assistant through natural language to feedback problems, or send questions to the assistant through screenshots, and the assistant can automatically generate work orders, write them into multi-dimensional tables, and remind the corresponding person in charge. The work order processing process and the knowledge and information generated during the process will be deposited into DingTalk multi-dimensional tables and become the knowledge assets of enterprises and organizations, which will facilitate future inquiries and statistics through AI assistants.
