"Diablo 2 Remastered" Beginner's Starting Tips and Game Guide
Tips
1. Exit and re-enter
If you exit and re-enter after death, the body will be retained and there will be equipment on the body; (you don’t need to buy equipment every time you die)
When there are multiple corpses, exit and re-enter, only the one with the earliest equipment will be retained. (I don’t know which version is the most valuable to keep only NPCs)
2. The transfer station can be used to transfer between different acts. Application:
For ancient and metropolitan insects, you can exit directly after killing them, re-enter to find Warev and go back to the first act, and then go to the small station to go to the second act;
If you are a model worker, you can finish killing and enter the red door to the fourth act, exit and re-enter the small station.
3. You can use telekinesis to step on small stations and enter some holes.
4. The scrolls of city return and identification can be placed on the belt.
5. Ctrl and Shift
Ctrl+M can turn off the background music on the main game interface;
When selling something, hold down Ctrl and click on the item to sell it directly (this is invalid in 1.09 and before);
When buying things, hold down Shift to refill blood bottles, scrolls, and keys;
When arranging the belt, hold down Shift and click the medicine bottle to place it directly on the empty space of the belt (scrolls are similar);
When adding blood, hold down Shift to add to PET (only on the belt);
When running, press Shift to cast left-click skills (you can glide in the city);
When casting skills, hold down Shift to stand still;
When adding points to an attribute, hold down Shift and add points to add all points to a certain attribute.
6. Enter multi-PP mode
Press Enter and enter "/players n" (no spaces are required), n is the number of PPs
7. Set skill hotkeys
Press ESC in the game, click Options, Set Control, and set the keys corresponding to the skills;
Click the left or right button on a skill. After the skill panel appears, point the mouse at a skill and press the keys set in the previous step such as F1 and F2.
8. Gem Temple
When there are gems in the backpack, click on the Gem Temple to upgrade;
When there are no gems in the backpack, you can get the lowest level gem by clicking on the Gem Temple.
