Last night, I logged in to Google Administrator Tools to update the new.
Click to enter and find that the management tool interface is simpler and easier to use, and incorporates more Ajax operations to improve user convenience.
The following content is quoted from Google’s official update instructions:
Back in 2006, Webmaster Tools was originally a tool used by webmasters to submit Sitemaps. Over the years we have been constantly adding and updating new features. We ended up developing a tool that we're pretty proud of, but it was also a site that was difficult to use and often difficult to navigate.
That's why we decided to completely redesign Webmaster Tools. We wanted a well-structured set of features, as well as a clearer and faster interface, so we talked to webmasters, conducted user research, and analyzed a lot of data.
The result is simpler and more intuitive browsing. Features are now grouped into three categories: Site Configuration (which can be used to provide Google with information about your site), Your Site on the Web (which can be used to view Google data about your site), and Diagnostics (which can be used to get our reports of any problems encountered while crawling your site). Our goal is to make statistics and data easier to find, and to remove redundant web pages and features (such as index statistics) that make the interface look cluttered and regenerate information that is also available elsewhere.
The new Google Webmaster Tools are more in line with users' usage habits, both in terms of interface layout and content presentation. Now users only need to enter the console of Google Webmaster Tools to get specific data such as popular search queries, crawl errors, links to your website, etc., which is more intuitive.
