2> Production of thin line borders
Thin-line borders are a commonly used method for positioning and distinguishing content on web pages. When used with specific images, good results can often be achieved. So how to make thin-line borders?
As we all know, the so-called thin border looks like a simple table with 1 row and 1 column. So can we just set the Border value of the table object to 1? Please see the production effect below:
Similarly, insert a single-row and single-column table at the specified position in the web page. Use the mouse to click any part of the table's outer frame to select it. Set the "Border" value to 1 in the property panel. You can also set another "CellPad" at the same time. ” and “CellSpace” are set to zero, as shown in the figure:
Illustrations of different effects in preview state:
From the above illustration, it is not difficult to see that simply setting the border to 1 cannot achieve the effect. Let's take a look at how to achieve the required fineness through "clever" settings of the table.
Also in the above table, set "border" and "cellpad" in the property panel to "0", and set "cellspace" to "1". Note that "Cellspace" refers to the distance between cells. size. As shown in the picture
Set the "Bgcolor" of the table to "red", and set the "Bgcolor" of the cell to the same web page background color - "white". The preview effect is as follows:
In order to make it easier for everyone to understand, the author will explain it a little bit here. Among them, we set "CellSpace" to 1. When setting the background color of the table, this part has undoubtedly been included. The subsequent cell settings just "dumped" it down. This promotes the display effect, so changing the background color of the table is also changing the color of the border.
