乌里解析器

uriparser 是一个严格符合 RFC 3986 的 URI 解析和处理库，用 C89（“ANSI C”）编写。 uriparser 是跨平台的，速度快，支持char和wchar_t ，并且在 New BSD 许可证下获得许可。
