1.What is the Closed Alpha login method?
You can only log in to this trial as a guest or using Google Play, Facebook or Twitter.
2. Is Closed Alpha free?
Yes. We did not set up a payment system for this test. Players will be able to purchase in-game heroes and items through quest and event vouchers, diamonds, and gold coins.
3. Will my information in Closed Alpha be saved for official release?
Won't. All player information will be deleted before the game is officially released. Thank you for your understanding.
4. What are the equipment requirements to participate in Closed Alpha?
Our recommendation is to have at least 1GB of storage, 8GB of RAM and Android 5.1 or higher.
For the best experience, we recommend that you close any other memory and network consuming applications during gameplay.
5. Why is the download speed not as good as expected?
This could be because there are too many players downloading the game at the same time or your mobile network signal is poor. Try downloading during off-peak hours or by switching networks.
6. When updating the game, an error message appears: "Unable to update the resource package. A system error may have occurred."
This may be due to the device not having enough memory. We recommend that you restart your phone and try opening the game again. If this doesn't resolve the issue, uninstall the game and re-download the installation package.
7. When trying to log in after the upgrade, it prompts "Login has expired."
Enter the mobile application settings, select Honor of Kings, and clear game data. Then try to log in again. (Please note that different phone brands and models may have different titles and menu orders.)
8. Why does the game freeze when I play?
Your phone has very little memory, slow performance, slow network data transfer, and too many apps running in the background.
Solution:
1. For the best experience, we recommend that you close any other applications that consume memory and network while playing games.
2. It is recommended that you turn off the high frame rate mode, reduce the image quality, or try to clear the cache in the Settings > Image Settings page in the upper right corner of the game.
3. We recommend that you only play the game when connected to a stable network.
