Baixun online repair reporting system installation
1. After downloading the program, configure IIS, the website production tool, and publish the program through IIS! Regarding how IIS publishes the website creation program, please consult a technical article, which will not be described here.
2. Open the config in the INC directory for settings, modify the unit name, set the access URL of this system, and save after the changes are completed.
3. Enter the set access address in the URL, open and use this program.
How to report for repair:
If you need to apply for repair, click "I want to apply for repair" in the lower left corner to enter the repair form filling page. If you have not logged in or do not have an account, please register and log in.
After completing the repair request form and submitting it, the repair request form will be displayed as waiting for processing.
Administrator handles repair reports:
Management is performed through user login for background management. The initial administrator account is: admin and password: 1111. Once the login is completed, the repair order for the repair application can be processed.
User hierarchical management:
This program can carry out user hierarchical permission management, and can set up separate maintenance accounts and separate administrator accounts to allow different people to access inoperable functions.
