Asoft ordering management system is modified based on Asoft check-in management system.
Introduction to Asoft ordering management system:
1. Login interface
2. The initial interface after logging in concentrates the most important functional entrances and dynamic reminders.
3. The ordering interface displays the current week by default. You can switch to the previous week to view ordering history, or you can switch to the next week to order in advance.
In order to adapt to the consumption and subsidy plans of certain units, I set up this custom expense module in the background. Among them, "modify time limit" is used to control the deadline for ordering food. It only takes effect on that day. If you order for tomorrow or next week, this time will not take effect.
4. Independent sign-in, leave and ordering modules. In order to adapt to the needs of subsequent upgrades and expansions, this system has gone far beyond the sign-in system. What goes beyond it is that the opening or closing of these three modules can be controlled in the background:
5. If only the ordering and check-in modules are open. You cannot access the leave module (including leave interface, leave record export, etc.). In terms of data export, just like the sign-in management system, two forms of data can be exported:
A. Simply use personnel as the basis to export a summary of data within the selected time period.
B. Based on the custom query, export the data summary of the specified conditions (the administrator can add order records in this interface to make additional entries)
