Faulty equipment maintenance operation process 1. Team application is in Table 1. After the team fills in the color content, select the recipient (Equipment Department, Vehicle Equipment Department, Equipment Department) and send it, the application is completed (Note: Teams can only fill in the Color content, other content can only be viewed and cannot be rewritten).
2. Approval by agencies (Equipment and Equipment Section, Vehicle Equipment Section, and Equipment Department)
After receiving the team application, the agency fills in the color content, selects the destination (equipment maintenance dispatch center, equipment warehouse) and then sends it, which means the approval is completed (the agency can only fill in the color content).
3. The equipment maintenance dispatch center arranges maintenance. After receiving the approval from the agency, the equipment maintenance dispatch center fills in the color content as needed, arranges maintenance personnel to repair the faulty equipment, or applies to the equipment agency for equipment according to maintenance needs.
4. After receiving the approval from the agency for distributing equipment from the warehouse, the team (repair station) and warehouse personnel will jointly fill in the color content and receive the equipment.
5. Send equipment for repair and handover upon completion. After receiving approval from the agency, the team will send the faulty equipment to the repair center and hand over for repair. After the repair shop completes the repair, the repair equipment will be returned to the team. The above two items need to be filled in together with the color content.
