Faulty equipment repair operation process
1. Application for detachment
In Table 1, after the team fills in the color content, select the recipient (Equipment and Equipment Department, Vehicle Equipment Department, and Equipment Department) and then send the application. (Note: The team can only fill in the color content, and other content can only be viewed. cannot be rewritten).
2. Approval by agencies (Equipment and Equipment Section, Vehicle Equipment Section, and Equipment Department)
After receiving the team application, the agency fills in the color content, selects the destination (equipment maintenance dispatch center, equipment warehouse) and then sends it, which means the approval is completed (the agency can only fill in the color content).
3. Equipment maintenance dispatch center arranges maintenance
After receiving the approval from the agency, the equipment maintenance dispatch center will fill in the color content as needed, arrange maintenance personnel to repair the faulty equipment, or apply for equipment from the equipment agency according to maintenance needs.
4. Warehouse issuance of equipment
After receiving the approval from the agency, the team (repair station) and warehouse personnel jointly fill in the color content and receive the equipment.
5. Equipment delivery and repair completion handover
After receiving the approval from the agency, the team sent the faulty equipment to the repair center and carried out repair handover. After the repair shop completes the repair, the repair equipment will be returned to the team. The above two items need to be filled in together with the color content.
