Multiple sets of assessment plans can be created, and different assessment objects can be set for each set of assessment plans.
You can set the frequency of program assessment: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, every six months, annually, random; assessment start and end time.
Multiple assessment methods can be added to each plan. Each method designates grouping personnel to participate in scoring, designates grouping personnel as assessees, independently sets scoring weights, and independently scores items (360° assessment function).
The weights of first-level indicators, second-level indicators, third-level indicators, assessment rules, and assessment methods can be set to achieve multi-level weight control.
You can set up person-by-person assessment or item-by-item assessment, and batch scoring can be achieved during item-by-item assessment.
Different scoring methods can be set for each assessment method to support: drop-down list, click judgment, coefficient calculation, direct input, and grade selection.
After the assessment, the assessment status can be viewed at a glance.
A detailed summary of the assessment results can be exported as an excel document. If the method weight changes after the assessment, it can be updated at any time.
Assessment query function: You can query the details of each employee's score and export it to excel format.
Assessment record function: The user’s assessment information has the most detailed assessment records, which can be queried and exported.
User management function: User information can be imported and exported into excel-type files in batches, and users can be generated in batches according to set rules to make work more efficient.
