HPlist mailing list program v3.3.1 Chinese version

PHPlist is a foreign mailing list program that supports HTML emails and attachments, supports multiple languages, including Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and has very complete functions. Almost all functions related to e-newsletters have been incorporated into the system design.
