Collabtive is a program that can assist you in project management. It uses PHP and Mysql popular (Smarty) architecture and involves AJAX applications. It is an easy-to-use, stable, free open source software. Functions cover: project management, task management, online chat, milestone management, event tracker, etc.
Collabtive's core philosophy: Each project is composed of several task lists, and each task list is composed of several specific tasks. Such level-by-level subdivision can make our projects more reasonable and clear, and fully clarify the responsibilities and tasks of each member of the project team.
The main corrections and changes of Collabtive V0.4.9 compared to the previous version 0.4.8:
Added a new theme skin text editor and upgraded it to TinyMCE 3.2
Added "Hourly Salary" settings to users. Added "Budget" settings to projects. Cleared the template cache when changing themes. Fixed a bug where the administrator made an error in modifying the avatar avatar of a project team member.

The shortcut key function is a newly added function of Collabtive 0.4.9 and is very practical.
Ctrl-f = open search window
Ctrl-d = return to desktop
Ctrl-t = My tasks
Ctrl-m= My message
Ctrl-p = My project The above shortcut keys are valid on any page as long as you log in to Collabtive. The following shortcut keys are only available at the project level:
Alt + o = Return to project control panel
Alt + m = all messages
Alt + t = All task list
Alt + f = all files
Alt + u = all users
