The new and modified functions of ShopNC mall system V2.4 are as follows:
Micro mall channel
A. The mall system can optionally install a micro mall channel. After adding a micro mall channel, a management menu will appear in the background.
B. The micro-mall channel has functions such as Xinxinkan (pushing of purchased products and favorites), personal show (customized uploaded pictures and purchase links), and store street (recommended mall stores), which are displayed in the form of waterfall flow.
C. The backend can upload the micro-mall logo, header pictures, recommended categories, recommended products, advertisements, etc. on the homepage.
D. A micro-mall can be established in the background to view categories, sub-categories, and keywords as desired, and can be set to be bound to the existing category columns of the mall. The category channel can customize icon images.
E. You can create personal show categories in the background and customize category icons
F. After logging in, members have a micro-mall personal center where they can directly publish purchased product recommendations, collect product recommendations and personal show content, and can also interactively comment on other people's products or add likes. To publish a personal show, you can upload 3 physical show pictures and add three purchase links. The link address can be directly entered into the product URL of this mall or Taobao or Tmall product URL. After publishing, go to the purchase area on the product details page to match the corresponding product link address and Information etc.

SNS personal center
A. The member SNS personal center and buyer center are separated into independent columns, with categories such as personal center homepage, products, shops, photo albums, and news.
B. You can share purchased products, favorite products, or directly share collections on the site from the product content page; a new function of adding a picture show is added, and members of the shared product can upload 5 additional physical photos for display.
C. The sharing store function is similar to before
D. When adding a buyer's photo album, you can create a directory yourself or upload pictures in batches. It is mainly set up to store additional pictures when sharing products.

Personal information and friend addition
A. Complete the addition of personal information after registration, such as gender, personal interest tags, etc.
B. Personal interest tags are created by the backend. After creation, members can select tags that match their own interest characteristics when completing their personal information.
C. When members add friends, a collection of members with the same interests and hobbies will appear based on the tags recommended by the system, and they can be followed in batches.
Store news
A. Sellers can choose to publish dynamic information such as latest news, recommended products, hot-selling products, new products, etc.
B. You can upload pictures and add sharing content for store news
C. For recommended products, you can directly enter the mall product address and match product information.
D. Hot-selling products and new products will directly call the product content of the actual sales and release status of the store for sharing.
E. All promotional information in the store will be directly pushed and shared as updates if checked, and the sharing content template can be customized.
F. Members who collect and follow this store will get the information pushed by the above store from the store updates on the buyer's homepage.
G. Seller news has an independent seller news center homepage. Similar to a buyer's SNS personal center.
Refund function
A. Added automatic receipt function. If the buyer does not confirm the receipt within the system specified time (configuration file settings can be modified, default is 10 days), the status will be automatically changed to received.
B. For pre-deposit orders and orders collected on the platform, refund applications can be made after payment.
C. After the refund application is submitted, if the seller fails to process it within the specified time (configuration file settings can be modified, default is 7 days), the status will be automatically changed to consent to refund.
D. After the refund application is rejected, the system will automatically submit the refund appeal again to the background for processing, and the platform administrator will intervene for arbitration.
E. For transactions that do not use pre-deposit or platform payment, the buyer can apply for a refund, and the communication between the seller and the seller is completed, simplifying the process.

Add other features
A. Add multiple customer service settings for the store. The seller can choose to add pre-sales, after-sales, working hours and other information from the store settings-customer service center. Correspondingly add the customer service name, customer service tools and customer service number, and confirm the submission on the side of the store page. The customer service center multi-customer service number content appears in the column.
B. Add an independent recommendation type advertisement to make the maintenance and management of some templates that need to insert a large number of advertising image links easy and intuitive.
C. The seller center adds the function of batch listing of warehouse products.
D. Fixed the problem that the data package was displayed as second-hand after being imported due to differences in Taobao Assistant versions.
