Function realization

This system is divided into several major modules. Each module's access to the database is closely connected. Each module accesses the same database, but the data tables it accesses are different. The functions of each module are arranged and produced according to the data collected during the survey. Based on the analysis of the above functions, each major module of the system is divided into several modules on the basis of several major blocks:

Company personnel:

Maintain personal login system password, add and publish recruitment information, modify recruitment information, end, delete and modify recruitment information. Browse the resume, make an interview list based on the resume, submit it for approval, and arrange the interview after approval by the relevant department leaders. Add resumes to the talent pool and delete resumes

Department Manager:

Issue employment requirements to HR, select resumes submitted by HR, or select other resumes (resumes from the talent pool and resumes submitted by applicants) for review and approval, and issue interview time

Applicants:

Register, log in, maintain personal information, query positions based on conditions, fill in resumes as required, submit applications, and query past job applications

administrator:

Maintain employee information, add, delete, and modify company personnel and department manager information. Freeze applicant accounts, maintain recruitment information, and maintain information on talent pools
