Function realization

(1) Administrator function module

1. Administrator information management module: It can add, delete, modify and check management information.

2. Add a newly built house module: add a newly built house and set the properties of the house to default.

(House information (including attributes: house owner object, construction date (default is the time when the house object was newly built)))

3. Function module to set whether the house information can be changed: If the house is demolished, set the house to be unchangeable.

(It is a function that can be changed. When the attribute is cannot be modified, the administrator clicks on the house to show that it cannot be modified. This field status must be present)

(2) Administrator function module

1. House information management module: The house information can be modified (if it is set to not be modified, then modification is not allowed).

2. House transaction information management module: It can add, delete, modify and check house transaction information.

(Transaction information class (including attributes: original house owner object, post-transaction house owner object, transaction amount, transaction time))

3. House owner information management module: It can add, delete, modify and check the current owner information of the house.
