1. Users must have the identity of super administrator or channel administrator before they can log in.
2. The super administrator can create a new channel administrator account, and can deactivate the account or delete the account.
3. Super administrators have administrative rights over all channels and their subordinate columns. Channel administrators can only manage channels assigned by super administrators.
4. If the user does not perform any operation for 5 minutes after logging in, the system will automatically log out the account.
