Function realizationAdministrator module:
1. Provide a valid customer name and password. Only after successful login can you use the management function;
2. The administrator completes the deletion of employees;
3. The administrator completes the addition, deletion, modification and check of the conference room, and manages the basic information of the conference room: projector, computer, capacity.
4. The administrator creates a meeting, adds moderators and participants, meeting time, meeting location, meeting theme, meeting description, and meeting attachments;
5. Recover various resources in the conference room
Staff module:
1. Employee registration and inquiry;
2. Employees modify personal information;
3. Employee login.
4. Employees check the meetings they need to participate in and browse meeting documents.
5. Sign in
Moderator module:
1. The host fills in the meeting minutes and summarizes the meeting;
2. Submission of various resources in the conference room
3. Statistics of employee attendance.
