Function realizationThe needs of the house publishing and leasing platform system mainly include the addition, modification and deletion of house information by members. Under normal circumstances, all customers can browse and query specific housing information, and members who have registered and logged in can not only query specific housing information, but also publish housing information, modify, and delete housing data. The administrator can review the housing information posted by all members to prevent unsafe housing information from being posted to the front end. Therefore, the permissions of ordinary members and administrators must be clearly distinguished to prevent data loss and data errors caused by operational errors during operation.
Personal information management module
This part of the function manages members' registration information, including member registration and login. Grant different permissions to members and administrators. If the logged-in customer is an ordinary customer, he will enter the customer page, and if he is a system administrator, he will enter the administrator page. For system resources, whether data or behavior, there are access restrictions for a certain group of customers. For example, some customers only allow read operations and cannot perform write operations; some resources can only be accessed and operated by managers, etc. At the same time, customers can enter the customer center to view and modify personal information after identity verification.
Member management module
The member management module includes the functions of deleting customers and browsing customers. In this module, if the system administrator does not need this authority to delete it, at the same time, customers can browse all registered members of the website, and the total number of customers can be displayed.
Information release module
This module mainly implements the release of house information for ordinary members. Ordinary members can publish housing information according to the types that have been published by the administrator. And in this module, customers must log in before they can publish housing information for rent, sale, rental and purchase. Housing information management includes adding, deleting, and operating housing listings.
Information release management module
The housing information release management function mainly means that the housing information posted by ordinary members can be displayed on the front-end page only after it is approved by the administrator. This avoids the arbitrary release of unsafe information.
House query module
The house query module includes queries based on house address, house type, and house type. In this module, customers' inquiries are relatively free.
Message board module
Login members can browse posted messages and leave messages on the message board. Administrators can delete messages posted by members.
