The latest version now is 0.1.1.20080830, which was released today. I found that this version already supports quite a few input method code tables, including the Wubi 98 version I used. So I tried it again. I will not explain the installation process here. I will just As a reminder, Ubuntu users have to pay a lot of fees to try ibus. They need to compile the latest dbus-python themselves. Fedora will be more convenient. Gentoo users only need to enable the source of gentoo-china, and they can directly emerge ibus.
ibus-tables includes five generations of Wubi86, Wubi98, Erbi, Zhengma, and Cangjie.
