Please create the folder "uploads". If you are using a Linux server, please set permissions to 777. Set server writable permissions in Windows. Please confirm that SQLite is installed with PHP5 version. Check the maximum upload file limit of the server. SQLite installation and checking status uploads" folder is writable.
