1. Open the original image material, create a hue/saturation adjustment layer, set the parameters as shown in Figure 1, and check the coloring option. The effect is as shown in Figure 2.

2. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, execute: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, the value is 5, after confirmation, hold down the Alt key and add a layer mask, and change the foreground color Set it to white, select the brush tool, it is best to choose a soft-edged brush, and then apply the variegated areas on the character's face and skin to simply skin the character.
