1. Open the original image, copy the background layer, change the layer blending mode to "Screen", create a color balance adjustment layer, and set the parameters as shown below. Then create a new layer and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer and simply skin the character.
2. Create a new layer, stamp the layer, use the pen tool to cut out the hand and back, feather it by 5 pixels and copy it, change the layer blending mode to "Screen", and change the layer opacity to: 70%. Also blur the hair part slightly.
3. This step mainly changes the face shape. Make the face pointed. Use the pen tool to cut out a path. Use the smear tool to apply on the face of the character. The strength is 40. After applying, cut out the background part and execute: Filter > Noise > Middle Value, the value is 4. At the same time, blur the mouth part appropriately, and then use the burn/dodge tool to draw highlights.
