Effects and materials:
1. Open the landscape material, expand the picture upwards, so that you can add the sky later, and then use [optional color] to adjust the color of the grass. The parameters are as shown in the figure (the parameters are for reference only)
2. Open the cross material, cut it out and drag it to the appropriate position in our composite image, and adjust the details in the mask.
3. Open the character picture, cut it out and drag it into the appropriate position in our composite picture. Be sure to take it seriously when cutting out the picture (pay attention to the edges of the character). This will lay a good foundation for you to make better effects.
4. Open the tree root material, simply cut it out and drag it into our composite image. After adding the mask, adjust the details in the mask (note: paint the cross base with black in the mask, and then paint it downwards The skirt part of the character is made to have a transition, and the details will be processed later)
5. Duplicate another layer of tree roots, set the blending mode to [Multiply], darken the tree roots, lower the opacity, and process the dark details in the mask.
6. Use [optional color] to adjust the overall tone
7. This step is to use [Hue/Saturation] to adjust the highlights of the tree roots. Since the highlights of the tree roots are very complex and dazzling, we need to dim them. This step has not achieved the ideal effect. Next we will Continue working with highlights
8. In this step, we continue to process the highlights with [Curves], use curves to darken the highlights and then process their details in the mask.
9. Let’s open another tree root material and drag it directly into our composite image. After adding a mask, paint the parts we need on the mask.
10. Make a copy of the tree root material you just dragged in, set the blending mode to [Multiply], set the opacity to 68%, and process the details in the mask.
11. Still use the material of Root 2, and use the mask again to process the transition between the character and the tree root. If it still feels unsatisfactory, we will leave it here first and process it at the end.
12. Open the sky material, drag it directly into our composite image, add a mask, and paint the cross and characters in the mask (note: here you can use the cross and character layers we cut out earlier to make selections and then add them to the mask) painted inside)
13. Open the moon material, use the elliptical marquee tool to select the moon and drag it into our composite image. There are three layers of processing here. The key step is to add a light effect to the moon. We use [ Outer Glow], blending mode set to [Highlight], opacity set to 50%
(Note: Detail processing in the moon mask)
14. Open the tree branch material, cut it out and drag it into our composite image. If you think it is too small, copy a few more layers and post-mask it.
15. Open the bird material, cut it out and drag it into the appropriate position in our composite image. The entire composite elements are basically added. The next thing to do is to adjust the color and process some details. This is very important. A good The composite work must have a harmonious tone and rich details.
(Note: All elements and their positions must be thought out in advance. Everyone must pay attention to this and conceive before synthesis)
