For pictures of people with fewer spots, you can basically use the stamp tool to remove the spots. However, when there are many spots, it is quite troublesome to use the stamp tool. Some ordinary dermabrasion methods are not effective either. This tutorial uses a method similar to hand-painting. First, use a brush to paint the character's face with a similar skin color, and then slowly apply it evenly (including some details such as highlights, etc.). Finally, adjust the color appropriately and sharpen it.

1. Open the original image material. Generally speaking, the spots on the character's face are very dense. If you follow the usual skin grinding method, it may not be able to remove them completely. Below, if you zoom in on part of the face, you can see that there is still intact skin in the middle of the spots. When processing, you can first absorb the clean skin color, and then use a brush to eliminate the spots. Both sample areas pictured below have clean skin tones. This step is more important, and subsequent processing will be completed using this idea.

2. Duplicate the background layer, enlarge part of the character's face a little, select the eyedropper tool to absorb the clean skin color of a certain area, then select the brush tool, select a soft-edged round shape of any size for the brush, and the opacity is : About 10%, and then apply it with a brush on the areas with spots around the clean skin tone. After applying an area, you need to absorb the color again. The approximate effect of removing spots according to this method is shown in Figures 3 and 4.

3. After the freckles are removed, the character’s face looks very dull, and it is impossible to apply it in one step. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, and execute: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur , the value is 5, the effect is as shown below.
4. Hold down the Alt key and add a layer mask, set the foreground color to white, select the brush tool, select a soft-edged round brush, the opacity is: about 30%, apply it on the face of the character, and make it dirty before Apply evenly to the area, the effect is as shown in Figure 7.

5. Create a new layer to stamp the layer. Take a closer look and see that there are many uneven color patches on the character's face. Run: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, with a value of 12. The effect is as shown in Figure 9.
