1. Open the original image, press Ctrl + J to copy the background layer, and execute: Image > Apply Image. Set the parameters as shown below. After confirmation, change the layer opacity to: 50%. Then create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, enter the Channels panel, copy the green channel to one layer, and execute the copy: Filter > Other > High Contrast, with a value of 10.
2. Then execute: Image > Calculate, select "Hard Light" in the blending options, and other customizations are enough. Perform calculations two times in succession according to the above settings to obtain the Alpha3 channel layer. Hold down Ctrl and click the Alphaha channel layer to load the selection area. Return to the Layers panel and click on the top layer you want to smooth. Press Ctrl + Shift + I to invert the selection, then create a Curves adjustment layer, make it slightly whiter, and then use a black brush to erase the hair part.
