1. Create a new 800 * 600 pixel file, fill the background with black, then create a new layer, name it "Balloon", use the pen tool to cut out the path of the balloon, press Ctrl + Enter to turn it into a selection and fill it with color: #FFE500, The effect is shown in Figure 1.

2. Create a new layer, use the elliptical marquee tool to draw a perfect circle slightly larger than the balloon as shown in Figure 2, then select the gradient tool color settings as shown in Figure 3, and pull out the radial gradient shown in Figure 4 from the center of the perfect circle.

3. Press Ctrl + T to deform Figure 4, flatten it a little, and then pull the shoe slightly, the effect is as shown in Figure 5.

4. For the convenience of operation, temporarily change the opacity of the layer to: 60%, and then bring it slightly closer to the "Balloon" layer as shown in Figure 7. Press Ctrl and click the thumbnail of the "Balloon" layer in the layer panel to bring up the selection, as shown in Figure 7. 8. Press Ctrl + Shift + I to invert the selection, press Delete to delete, and then change the layer opacity to: 100, the effect is as shown in Figure 9.

6. In this step, start making the highlight part. Create a new layer. Use the Elliptical Marquee Tool to draw the small ellipse shown in Figure 10 and fill it with white. Press Ctrl + D to cancel the selection. Press Ctrl + T to change the angle appropriately. The effect is as shown in Figure 11. .
