This tutorial introduces the production of a very good bright textured word effect. Choose the appropriate font, add the layer style, and set it appropriately. The settings of several curves are more critical. It's best to enhance the contrast.

1. First we need a thicker font. The font used here is Porky's. Press CTRL+N to create a new 500*500px background document, and press SHIFT+F5 to fill the background with gray (#3D3D3D). After making a good background, use the text tool to select the font we just downloaded and enter English. The font color is white and the size is 200 points.
2. In the following steps we will add styles to the font. Click the fx icon at the bottom of the layer panel to add various layer styles respectively. We must carefully click on each setting and parameter, especially the contour lines.
