Let’s take a look at the final effect:
1. Open the material shown in the picture below.
2. Select Image-Adjustment-Threshold and adjust the image until it is clear, as shown below.
3. Use a brush to paint out the clouds to make the sky completely white.
4. Finally, select Image-Adjustments-Invert.
5. Press Ctrl+J or double-click the background image to copy the layer, as shown below:
6. First, select the Transform tool, press Ctrl+T or Edit-Free Transform, then select Edit-Transform-Vertical Flip, and click OK to exit the Transform tool. If you don't activate the transform tool first, then all subsequent layers will have to be done one by one.
7. Select the rectangular marquee tool and select the upper part of the picture, as shown below:
8. Press the Cancel key or Edit-Clear Selection, press Ctrl+D or click Select-Delete to delete the selected part:
9. Select the move tool, click on the image, and drag it to the appropriate location, as shown below:
10. Copy the current layer, press Ctrl+J or select Layer-Copy Layer. This layer will be used to create water wave reflection, as shown below:
