This tutorial introduces how to colorize single-tone photos. Method: Simply use hue/saturation to adjust your favorite single tone in one step. Then refine the character’s facial features to enhance the texture of the panel. The whole production process is very simple.

1. Open the original image material, create a hue/saturation adjustment layer, set the parameters as shown in Figure 1, and check the coloring button. The effect is as shown in Figure 2.

2. Create a Curves adjustment layer, darken it slightly, set the parameters as shown in Figure 3, and the effect as shown in Figure 4.

3. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, and simply skin the character. The effect is as shown in Figure 5.

4. Create a new layer, stamp the layer, and execute: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. The value is 5. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Multiply" and the layer opacity to: 60% , the effect is shown in Figure 6.
