Partially overexposed photos are common in life. The processing method needs to be selected according to the actual situation. The photo in this tutorial is partially overexposed, but the image of the overexposed part is relatively complete, just a little whiter. It is very convenient to use the selection to repair it.

1. Open the original image material and use the Polygonal Lasso tool to select the overexposed part. Press Ctrl + Alt + D to feather 8 pixels as shown below, and then execute: Image > Apply Image Operation. The parameter settings are as shown below.
2. Duplicate the background layer, execute: Image > Apply Image Operation, and set the parameters as shown below.
3. Cancel the selection, and then apply the image operation. The parameter settings are as shown below.
4. Use the lasso tool to cut out the selection shown in the picture below, feather it appropriately and create a curve adjustment layer with the parameters as shown below.
5. Use the lasso tool to cut out a selection of the tiger’s front feet. After appropriately feathering, create a curve adjustment layer and set the parameters as shown below.
