This tutorial mainly applies the crystal clear effect of water bubbles to the heart-shaped graphics. It's not difficult to make, but it requires a lot of detail. Making the light effects of the bubbles requires a certain amount of patience, and you have to use a brush to draw them.

1. Create a new 500 * 500 pixel file with the background fill color: #721A5B, then create a new layer and name it "Heart Shape Fill", use the pen tool to outline the path of the heart shape, and press Ctrl + Enter to turn it into a selection. As shown in Figure 1, then fill it with white, and press Ctrl + D to cancel the selection. The effect is as shown in Figure 2.

2. Press Ctrl and click the "Heart Shape Fill" layer thumbnail in the Layers Panel to bring up the heart-shaped selection, and then hide the "Heart Shape Fill" layer, as shown in Figure 3.

Create a new layer, set the foreground color to white, select the brush tool, set the brush opacity to: 10%, then apply color along the edge of the selection, apply evenly with force, first apply light color and then apply heavy color , the process is shown in Figure 4-6, and the effect after canceling the selection is shown in Figure 7. This step is very important. If it is not applied well, you can reapply it several times. Until you are satisfied.

4. Create a new layer, use the pen tool to outline the selection shown in Figure 8, then fill it with white, press Ctrl + D to cancel the selection, then add a layer mask and use a black brush to paint both ends of the graphic to create a transition effect, as shown in the figure 9.

5. Press Ctrl and click the "Heart Shape Fill" layer thumbnail in the layer panel to bring up the heart-shaped selection. Create a new layer at the top and execute: Edit > Stroke. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 10, and the effect is as shown in Figure 11. In addition, the layer mask only retains the top part, and the other parts are erased with a black brush.
