There are many layers of text in this tutorial. At the beginning, it is similar to other methods of making three-dimensional characters. It also uses copying and then modifying the opacity of the layer to create a three-dimensional effect. The difference is that the author adds a lot of color to the edges of the text, which feels very fashionable.
final effect
1. Create a new document of appropriate size, set a black background, and then enter text with the color #00e5ff.
2. Duplicate the layer with Ctrl + J, set the layer opacity to 65% and move it 1 pixel down and left.
3. Repeat the above steps more times, the effect is as follows.
4. Flatten all the copied layers and set the opacity to 47%.
5. Use the Irregular Lasso Tool to draw the following selection, use the Smudge Tool, set the diameter to 19 px, the Hardness to 100%, and the Strength to 30% to smear it.
6. Apply to other parts.
7. Then modify the letter S to make it smoother and have no redundant parts.
8. Apply the same method to other letters to achieve the same effect as S.
9. Paint the part below the letters.
10. Move the original letter layer to the top, set the opacity of the copied layer to 35%, and then set the layer style of the original letter layer.
