The renderings in this textbook may be a bit complicated, but the entire picture is copied from the same string of hanging chains. Once you have made a complete string of hanging chains, the rest are easy to make.
final effect
1. Create a new 1024 * 768 pixel file, fill the background with black, create a new layer, use the pen tool to cut out a heart-shaped path, and convert it to a selection, the effect is as shown in Figure 1.
<Figure 1>
2. Select the gradient tool, set the color as shown in Figure 2, and then pull the gradient from the lower right corner to the left as shown in Figure 3. The effect is as shown in Figure 4.
<Figure 2>
<Figure 3>
<Figure 4>
3. Select the Dodge tool and brighten the dotted line in Figure 5. The effect is as shown in Figure 6.
<Figure 5>
<Figure 6>
4. Press Ctrl and click on the heart-shaped thumbnail in the layer panel to bring up the selection, as shown in Figure 7. Create a new layer, set the foreground color to: #FAB4CC, and then apply a little highlight to the top of the heart shape, as shown in Figure 7.
<Figure 7>
5. Create a new layer, use the elliptical marquee tool to draw a small ellipse, as shown in Figure 8, fill with color: #FAB4CC, cancel the selection and add a layer mask, and use a black and white linear gradient to create a transparent effect, as shown in Figure 9.
<Figure 8>
<Figure 9>
6. Then copy the completed graphic and place it on the right side. The effect is as shown in Figure 10.
<Figure 10>
7. Create a new layer, use the pen tool to outline the reflective part of the heart, and fill it with white, as shown in Figure 10. The heart-shaped part is almost complete.
<Figure 10>
8. Create a new layer, use the Elliptical Marquee Tool to draw a smaller perfect circle as shown in Figure 11, and then apply the radial gradient as shown in Figure 12. The effect is as shown in Figure 13.
