The original image material looks a bit darker and the skin tone is a bit off-color. However, the skin color and texture of the characters remain relatively intact. Just slightly correct the color, then do some skin polishing and whitening. You can also beautify it according to your own ideas.

1. Open the original image material and create a channel mixer adjustment layer. The parameters and effects are as shown below.
2. Create an optional color adjustment layer and adjust the yellow. The parameter settings are as shown below.
3. Create a Curves adjustment layer and brighten the character slightly.
